Sherbrooke’s Fleurimont borough will host a brand new Groupe Laroche Estrie project. Starting in the Fall of 2010, Quartier Santé (The Health District) will be taking shape near the CHUS Hospital (Centre hospitalier universitaire de Sherbrooke), on the corner of Freeway 610 and Highway 216.

Carrying on boldly with its development projects, Groupe Laroche Estrie presents this brand new project with an architecture more modern than ever and an extraordinary design that will thrill its future clients. More than a community shopping centre, Quartier Santé will also offer automotive business centre services. This will surely add value to the site and increase its market potential for future partners.

Implemented on a large land (almost 500,000 sq.ft.) at the northeastern entrance of Sherbrooke, Quartier Santé will offer over 37,000 sq.ft. of rental space in Phase One. Upon its opening in January 2011, there will be a Petro Canada self-service gas station, a Boni-soir cornerstore, two car washes, and a 1,200 sq.ft. commercial space.

Plus, there will be 3,500 sq.ft. of office spaces available on the second floor!

Phase One of this project represents an investment of over $9 millions.
